The Study on Sustainable Development of Resources City──Taking Tangshan as an Example

唐山是我国最早建立起来的重要能源生产基地之一,大部分企业是依靠煤电而建立起来的。然而,随着煤炭资源的渐近枯竭,现有的能源逐渐不能满足社会经济不断增长的需要。资源、环境、产业结构诸因素与经济社会发展产生一系列矛盾,将对地区经济发展产生严重的影响。资源型城市应如何规避"资源诅咒"的风险,实现可持续发展至关重要。

Tangshan is one of the important energy production bases of our country. It has a long history. Its major enterprises depend upon the coal electricity. However,along with coal resource＇s approach depletion,the current energy will not be able to meet the needs of the social economy＇s growth. The resources,environment,industrial structure and the economic society＇s development create a series of contradictions,which have influenced the local economic development. How does the resource city to dodge the risk of ＂the resources curse＂ and realize the sustainable development is very important.
