科研合作网中节点重要性评价方法及实证研究 被引量:12

Empirical Research on the Evaluation Method of the Node Importance within the Scientific Collaboration Network

摘要 科研人员的学术评价问题可以建模为科研合作网络中节点重要性的测度问题。用学术期刊论文的作者信息构建了作者科研合作网络,在此基础上,通过计算网络中节点的权值来评价作者的学术贡献,通过计算与该节点相连的边的权值来评价作者的科研产出能力,最后通过对节点和边的综合考察来判断节点的重要性。实证分析表明,用所提方法进行节点重要性测度,即对科研人员进行学术评价,结果符合实际情况。 Researcher importance evaluation can be constructed as the model of importance measurement for each node within the scientific collaboration network. In this study, the scientific collaboration network which is made of the academic periodical papers' author information is built. Accordingly, the research contributions of each author can be measured by the node weights, and the scientific performance which is mainly determined by the numbers of papers and the value of the papers can be measured by the weights of the edges connected with that node in the network, and then, the node importance can be evaluated by using both the node and edges' information. The empirical research shows that the evaluating results for the node importance obtained from the proposed method are in accordance with the real-world problems. They are meaningful for the key talent loss crisis management in organizations.
