摘要
基于Denison企业文化特质模型,利用163份有效问卷在中国情境下实证验证并扩展了这一文化测量模型。研究显示,中国情境中的企业文化大部分符合Denison的企业文化特质模型,但有些维度仍然不能匹配。发现企业性质对企业文化的影响很大。有趣的是,相比中国本土企业,三资企业更能够匹配在美国环境下开发出的Denison企业文化特质模型。
This article validates and extends Denison's corporate culture trait model through 163 valid questionnaires under Chinese situation. The study shows that most cooperate culture in China is consistent with the Denison's corporate culture, except a few differences under some dimensions. Interestingly, compared with Chinese local enterprises, sino-foreign joint ventures, sino-foreign cooperative enterprise and foreign- funded enterprise match Denison's model much better than the others, which is generated under the environment of American. Finally, we discuss the management implications of this paper and in the future direction of further study.
