摘要 针对磁传感器误差补偿椭圆法未对软磁材料引起的象限误差进行补偿,因而不能有效解决椭圆在平面内旋转的问题,提出了基于旋转因子的磁传感器误差补偿改进椭圆法。该方法依据坐标旋转理论,在应用椭圆法前先对二维数据进行坐标旋转。误差补偿实验与数据分析表明:该方法的误差补偿效果较椭圆法有了明显的改善,滚转角测量系统的精度可达1°。 The problem of quadrantal error caused by soft-magnetism material can not be compensated by using a traditional ellipse method, so the ellipse rotating in plane can not be resolved effectively. Therefore, an improved ellipse method is proposed based on rotation factor. Before using this method, the two dimension data should be rotated around coordinate according to the coordinate rotation theory. The result of error compensation test and data analysis show that the error compensation is much Better with this method, and the precision of rotation angle measure system can be improved to 1°.
