采煤机用组合式交流变频调速器的研制

分析了采煤机用整体式交流变频调速器在实际应用中所存在的问题,提出了一种组合式交流变频调速器的系统结构方案,不仅具有便于井下搬运、拆卸、安装的优点,而且达到较高的综合性能指标。介绍了系统结构的技术难点,并给出其测试结果。测试表明,产品符合行业标准的规定,满足采煤机配套应用的要求。

Analyzes the existing problems in practical applications of integrated AC variable voltage and variable frequency converter for shearer,proposes the structure scheme of system of a combined AC inverter,the inverter not only has the advantages to be easy to removal,disassemble and install underground coal mine,but also achieves higher overall performance. Tests show that the product complies with the industrial standard codes,and meets the application requirements for the shearer to form a complete set.
