摘要
分析推导二次包络蜗杆副,在中心距变位、传动比变位、蜗杆轴向变位情况下的空间啮合方程。运用MATLAB数值计算及图形化功能,在三参数变位和三种参数混合变位下,分析二次包络蜗杆副的接触线变化规律。
Derives the spatial gearing formula of amended planar double-envelope worm gear. On this basis and using the software MATLAB,calculates and figures the contact curve variation of the worm gear with pure radial and axial amendments,and with the amendment of transmmission ratio,as well as with combined amendment of these parameters.
