通过深入了解四川省乡镇小煤矿供电系统目前普遍存在管理上的缺陷及违章操作等问题,提出了治理隐患的建议及措施,以确保小型乡镇煤矿供电系统的安全运行和生产,促进煤炭行业的健康发展。
Through in-depth understanding of the prevailing problems and the severe forms existing in the power supply system of small coal mine in the townships of Sichuan Province,including the defects in management,illegal operation and other factors,put forwards proposals and measures to control risks to ensure the safe operation of efficient production of power supply system of the security in small township coal mines and to promote the scientific development of the coal industry.
