开福区建设用地驱动力因素研究

Study on Driving Forces of Construction Land in Kaifu District

以1996～2005年湖南省长沙市开福区相关统计资料为依据,首先分析了开福区建设用地现状及发展中存在的问题,然后对建设用地的驱动力因素进行了分析,并得出了主要地类的驱动力模型.驱动力分析表明,经济发展、人口增长及城镇化对土地利用变化的影响比较显著.

Based on statistical information of Kaifu district,1996-2005,this paper analyzed the present situation and problems of construction land in Kaifu district,then discussed the driving force factors of construction land on the basis of dynamic changed characteristics.The analysis of driving forces shows that economic development,population growth and urbanization,on the impact of land use change are more significantly.
