大学生宿舍空气微生物污染的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of microorganism pollution in the Air of a Medical University Students' Dormitories

目的:了解某医学院学生宿舍空气微生物污染情况,并分析造成污染的相关因素。方法:采用自然沉降法对学生宿舍126个采样点进行空气细菌总数监测。结果:学生宿舍空气细菌总数合格率为81.48%,不同时间、不同性别、不同楼层空气细菌总数合格率不同,各项空气细菌总数合格率比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:某医学院学生宿舍空气存在一定的微生物污染,需采取有效的综合防治措施。

Objective：To study microorganism pollution in the air of a medical university students＇ dormitories, and analyze the factors that might cause pollution. Methods： Airborne bacteria were sampled by natural precipitation method at 126 collection sites in students＇ dormitories. Results： The total colonies qualified rate was 81.48%. There were differences between the rates of different times, gerder and floor. The differences between the subjects have statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：There is microorganism pollution in the air of the comprehensive measures should be taken to improve the condition.
