呼吸内科病人健康教育的实践与体会

Practicing and Experience of Health Education to Patients of Respiratory Internal Medicine

整体护理是一种“以病人为中心”的新型护理模式，对病人实施健康教育是整体护理的重要组成部分。健康教育的目的，是通过临床护士在病人整个住院过程中的一系列教育工作，使病人了解有关自己疾病的病理知识和康复保健知识。通过半年的实践证明，采用书面教育、示范性教育、随机性教育等多种形式相结合的健康教育，对病人的康复起到了有益的和有效的作用。认为：（１）健康教育是一个护患双边活动过程。（２）健康教育要因人而异、因病而异。（３）临床护士要提高自身的素质和不断自我完善，加强社会责任感，提高专业知识和人文科学知识水平，通过学习掌握良好的交际沟通技巧，以适应现代护理观的发展。

Holistic nursing is a new nursing model.Giving health education to patient plays an important role in holistic nursing.The purpose of health education is to help patients acquire knowledge pathology of his/her disease and recovery knowledge of through a series of education by nurse during the patient being in hospital.Our practicing of nearly 6 months proves that health education is helpful and effective to recovery of patient.And for health education,there are several ways,such as written education,demonstration education, random education,and so on.We think that:(1)Health education needs cooperation from both nurse and patient.(2)Health education depend on patients and diseases.(3)To acclimatize themselves to the development of modern nursing view,nurses should be more knowlegeable and be improved.They should be more responsible to society.Learn more professional and humanity knowledge.Be more skillful on communication with people by studying.
