高等职业教育应定位于"数以千万计的高技能专门人才"的培养目标,高职专业建设应以服务区域经济发展为宗旨,针对本地区产业发展态势及产业升级的趋势,建立对应于岗位的胜任能力素质模型,围绕岗位任职要求,培养学生的专业能力、方法能力及社会能力,并最终提升学生的就业能力。

Higher vocational education should focus on the training of ＂millions of highly skilled specialists＂.Higher vocational specialty construction should serve the purpose of regional economic development,aim at the industry development trend and the trend of industrial upgrading for the region,establish Competency Model corresponded to the quality required for job posts,and cultivate professional competence,capabilities of solving problems,and social capacity of students,according to requirements of the posts,and ultimately enhance the employability of students.
