《妇产科学》四位一体教学改革探讨

摘要 目的:为培养高素质、高技能的高职医学人才,基于妇产科临床工作过程和任务,全面对《妇产科学》教学进行四位一体改革,以提高人才培养质量和学生毕业后适岗能力。方法:有效整合教学内容,为学生提供完整的学习过程,通过"早期接触临床、开放式实训及见习、临床病例讨论、临床实习"四位一体的方式,开展妇产科临床教学改革和妇产科实践教学考核,促进学生对妇产科操作技能的掌握。结果:99.5%的学生认为四位一体实践教学改革利于理论与实践相结合;90.4%的学生认为有利于实践能力的培养;96%的学生认为有利于适应以后的临床妇产科工作岗位;86.3%的学生认为课程考核方式合理。结论:《妇产科学》四位一体实践技能教学改革,有机地结合了"教学做"一体化,以学生为主体、教师为主导,既促进教师的双师素质的提高,又提高学生的妇产科临床实践与综合思辨能力。 Objective: In order to improve the quality of personnel training and competence of graduates,based on the process of clinical processes and tasks of Obstetrics and Gynecology,a comprehensive four-in-one teaching reform is implemented to train high-quality,highly skilled vocational medical personnel.Methods: The effective integration of teaching content provides students a complete learning process.Through four-in-one teaching reform,which means "early contact,open training,clinical case discussion,and clinical practice",clinical teaching reform and practice teaching assessment should be carried out in obstetrics and gynecology to promote student mastery of skills for obstetric and gynecological operations.Results: 99.5% of students consider that the teaching reform is helpful to the combination theory with practice;90.4% of students consider it is helpful of the practical ability training;96% of students believed it is conducive to adapt to future clinical obstetrics and gynecology jobs;86.3% of students consider that course assessment methods is reasonable.Conclusion: Four-in-one practical skill teaching reform combines of "teaching,learning and practice" well,not only improving the quality of teachers as teacher and physician,but also improving the ability to clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology for students.
