36例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术治疗分析

Treatment and analysis of 36 non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis by endoscopic sinus surgery

目的:探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:对36例非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者施行鼻内镜手术,术后不用抗真菌药。结果:36例均治愈,随访6个月～3年未见复发。结论:鼻内镜手术视野清晰,损伤小,能彻底清除病灶,建立良好的鼻腔鼻窦通气引流通道,是治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的理想方法。

Objective： To discuss the treatment of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis by endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS）. Methods： Endocsopic sinus surgery was performed on 36 patients with non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis. No antifungal agent was used postoperatively. Results： All of the 36 cases were cured. None of them relapsed during the follow up of 6 months to 3 years. Conclusion： The minimally invasive endoscopic sinus surgery can thoroughly eliminate the disease and establish enough sinus drainage and ventilation. ESS is the ideal treatment for non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis.
