尿道前列腺气化电切术后92例的并发症观察及处理

Urethral resection of prostate vaporization observation of 92 cases of complications and treatment

目的:探讨尿道前列腺气化电切术术后并发症以及处理方法。方法:选取92例尿道前列腺气化电切术患者,术后进行随访。结果:继发性出血2例,膀胱颈挛缩7例,暂时性尿失禁2例,尿道狭窄8例,射精障碍8例,阳痿3例,尿路感染24例,下肢静脉血栓形成6例。结论:在术前做好预防工作,是防治术后并发症的重要措施。

Objective：To discuss management of the complications of the transurethral elcctrovaporization of prostate（TUVP）to improve the effect. Methods：All of 92 cases took TUVP, follow-up was taken to investigate the complications and their disposal. Results：2 eaess had postoperative bleed,7 cases had spasm of bladder, 2 cases had temporary incontinence, bladder,8 cases had urethral stricture, 8 cases of problems of ejaculation,3 cases of impotence, 24 cases of urinary tract infection, 6 eases in phlebothrombosis of leg. Conclusion：Preoperatlonal precautions are essential,the complications of TVP may be decreased by accurate operation.
