摘要
目的:研究血栓心脉宁片中无机元素的组成及含量。方法:将样品消化后定容,利用电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)测定。结果:测出血栓心脉宁片含36种无机元素,其中含量较高的为Ca、Mg、Al等常量元素,同时富含Fe、Zn、Mn、Sr等微量元素。结论:药品中含有多种具有抑制心脑血管系统疾病发生的微量元素,从元素角度找到了药效的物质基础。
Objective： To study the inorganic elements in the tablet of Xueshuan Xinmai Ning. Methods：The samples were determined by ICP-AES instrument. Results：36 kinds of inorganic elements were detected in the samples and the contents of Ca and Mg were higher than the others. There were also some Fe,Zn,Mn,Sr and so on.Conclusion：This research conform the effect of cardiovascular-protection of Xueshuan Xinmai Ning.
