摘要
本文通过分析现有结构形式杀菌釜所适应的工艺范围,指出了这些结构形式杀菌釜其功能的优点与不足,继而详细介绍了一种具有专利技术的全新结构形式的杀菌釜。这种全新结构形式杀菌釜的功能可以涵盖除回转以外的现有各种杀菌釜,而且将现有杀菌釜的不足之处都予以了避免,这对食品企业杀菌工序效率和效益的提高将起到很大的作用。
This paper analyzes the current structure of the autoclave processt oadapt the scope of which pointed out that these structures function advantages and disadvantages, and then introduced another new structure of the autoclave with patented technology. This new structure function of autoclave function can cover other than rotary the existing types of autoclave and the existing shortcomings are to be avoided, and this food company to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sterilization processes will be played a good role.
