摘要
电大教师不同于普通高校教师,除了掌握一般的教学规律、教学方法外,更要掌握电大教育教学特点和教学规律。每个电大教师应结合电大教学特点不断学习,强化教学科研能力。
The teachers in TV University are different from those in institutions of higher education,which need to grasp the teaching characteristics and teaching law of TV University besides the general teaching laws and methods.Every teacher in TV University should study continually to improve the scientific ability of teaching by combining with the teaching characteristics of TV University.
