改进我国中小企业的员工培训制度

摘要 中小企业人员缺乏企业培训的现象很突出,故加强对中小企业人员的企业培训,在培训中导入人文关怀,增强员工的归属感非常必要。针对中小企业对人才能力要求较为全面的现状,在对中小企业员工的培训中还要重视补救意识,完善员工的知识结构。
