高师体育教育专业培养目标与体育师资需求的分析研究

An Analysis and Study on the Training Goal of Higher Physical Education and the Demand of PE Teachers

对高师体育教育专业培养目标与规格、体育师资需求等方面进行分析研究,结果显示:多数体育教师认为培养目标应定位在从事体育教育的多层次人才,培养规格应是多能多专型人才。建议加强与用人单位的联系,及时掌握供需情况,了解人才需求的知识结构与能力素质,有针对性地进行培养。

Through the analysis and study on the training goal of higher physical education and the demand of P. E teachers, it has been suggested that the majority of the PE teachers try to educate and develop the students in all round way, making the students be well versed in many different fields. Contact constantly with the employers, and have the up-to-the-minute information of their sup- ply and demand, at the same time, make efforts to have a good understanding of the knowledge structure and ability as well as quality that the employers are in dire need of, in this way, the students can be educated and developed target-orientedly.
