摘要
采用专家访谈法、文献资料法、对比分析法等,对NBA与CBA运行机制进行分析比较,总结出NBA职业篮球俱乐部成功运行的经验和运作模式,指出CBA在运行机制方面存在的不足,提出发展CBA联赛应实行政企分开,管办分离,建立归属清晰、权责明确的现代产权制度,成立CBA大联盟等建设性意见,使CBA朝着科学化和规范化的方向发展。
