摘要
目的:进一步探讨紫外线(UV)照射治疗皮下瘀血的作用机制。方法:复制犬皮下瘀血模型后,观察瘀血区UV红斑、血纤溶活性(FS)的变化对犬瘀血吸收时间的影响。结果:UV照射可激活犬血FS,但照射区瘀血斑无明显变化;在抑制UV照射对犬血FS的激活条件下,UV照后瘀血斑吸收时间无统计学意义的变化(P>005);瘀血区UV红斑减弱后其瘀血平均吸收时间显著延长(P<001)。结论:红斑效应为UV照射治疗后犬皮下瘀血的机制。
Objective:To elucidate the mechanism of ultraviolet(UV) radiation on subcutaneous ecchymosis.Methods:After replicating the subcutaneous ecchymosis models of dogs,the ecchymosis was radiated with UV erythema to observe the alteration of blood fibrinolytic system and the duration of ecchymosis absorption.Results:After UV radiation,the blood fibrinolytic system was activated,there wasn't changed without UV radiation dogs.If the UV erythema was inhibited or decreased,the ecchymosis absorption was also delayed.Conclusion:The finding shows that the mechanism of UV radiation to ecchymosis is mainly the UV erythema reaction.
