摘要
论文首先对保险公司核心竞争力的构成要素进行分析,指出核心竞争力的构成要素和基本特征,然后通过对中资保险公司核心竞争力现状和形成原因的分析,提出提高核心竞争力的方法,即要注重企业文化,注重服务质量等。
Based on the analysis of the integrant part of core competitiveness of insurance company,the integrant part of the core competitiveness and features are provides. Then through the analysis of present situation and the reason of the core competitiveness of the Chinese-funded insurance company,the methods of improving the core competitiveness is proposed.
