上海世博会的举办对苏州来说,是一次难得而重大的发展机遇。世博溢出效应不仅将给苏州带来直接经济拉动,同时,也将对苏州服务业未来的发展带来积极的影响。苏州服务业总量不低,但服务业占GDP比重低,产业结构不尽合理,高层次人才相对短缺。苏州应以上海世博会为契机,充分发挥自身优势,深化区域合作,注重人才引进与培养,提高自主创新能力,实现服务业可持续发展。
