环氧化酶-2在大肠癌的表达及意义

Expression and its pathological significance of COX-2 in human colorectal cancer

目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤恶性程度、分级的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测5例正常肠组织、68例大肠癌组织中COX-2的表达情况。结果 68例大肠癌组织COX-2的表达阳性率为61.2%(42/68),显著高于切缘正常组织0%(P<0.05)。COX-2的表达强度和大肠癌的病理分级呈正相关(χ2=8.045,P<0.05)。结论 COX-2在大肠癌形成、演化过程中起重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） in human colorectal cancer in order to explore its clinical pathological significance. Methods The expression of COX-2 in the 68 colorectal cancer and normal intestinal tissue were studied with SP immunohistochemical staining. Results No positive expression of COX-2 was found in normal intestinal tissue, while the positive cytoplasmic expression rate of COX-2 in colorectal cancer cases was 61.2%, which was significantly higher than that in normal intestinal （P 0.05）. The positive cytoplasmic expression of COX -2 in colorectal cancer was positively related with the histological grade of tumor. Conclusion COX -2 may be actively involved in the tumoriogenesis and progression of colorectal cancers.
