摘要
为了减轻江苏油田钻井中的原油污染问题,实现钻井生产的防卡及安全钻进,开展了石蜡乳液润滑剂的应用研究。通过进行石蜡乳液的润滑性、抗温性和储层保护等评价试验,优选出一种适合江苏油田地层特点,且具有润滑、防塌、保护储层作用的环保型石蜡乳液润滑剂,在11口定向井中替代原油使用,节约原油150 t,减少有害钻井废弃物排放量超过5 000 m3。M40-20试验井油层表皮系数为-0.55,储层处于超完善状态;应用井钻井作业顺利,复杂时效较近三年(2006—2008年)平均值降低达26.7%,取得了较好的钻探效果。
Investigations of using wax emulsion lubricants to reduce oil pollutions resulting from drilling operations in Jiangsu Oilfield and to prevent drillpipe sticking were conducted.Through evaluating its lubricating performance,heat-resistance,and pay zone protection,etc,a wax emulsion lubricant which meets the requirements was developed.Its applications on 11 directional wells saved crude oil about 150t and reduced drilling debris of 5 000 m^3.The test well M40-20 with skin of 0.55 indicates that hydrocarbon zone is in original condition.The drilling operations on test wells were conducted successfully.The average of complexity temporal efficiency of last three years was decreased by 26.7%.
