弗卡斯石灰窑烧嘴梁漏油原因分析与对策

Analysis and countermeasure of oil leakage cause of burner beam of Fercalx lime kiln

通过介绍弗卡斯石灰窑烧嘴梁的结构和特点,说明烧嘴梁T型异缘外表面产生的裂纹是由金属内外表面温差引起的,同时指出梁的结构存在不合理因素。针对裂纹产生的原因,采用了挖补和焊补堆焊措施,最后对烧嘴梁结构提出改进方案。

Through the description of the structure and features of the burner beam of Fercalx lime kiln, it is demonstrated that the cracks generated on the outer surfaces of T shape different edges of burner beam are caused by the temperature difference between inner surface and outer surface of metal, meanwhile it reveals that the srtucture of the beam has unreasonable factors. Aiming at the cause of crack generation, the measures of mending by replacing a damaged part and repair welding are taken. Finally the improving proposal is put forward for the burner beam structure.
