高原官兵青岛海滨疗养的效果观察

Effect of marinotherapy in officers and soldiers from plateau in Qingdao seaside resort

目的观察高原官兵在青岛海滨疗养的效果。方法抽取来自海拔3000m以上地区的二炮部队官兵疗养员78例,其中保健疗养52例,康复疗养26例。两组在保持原有药物治疗的基础上采取空气浴、日光浴、海水浴、景观、理疗、体疗、合理膳食等综合疗养措施。问卷征询病史及临床症状并记录呼吸(R)、血压(SBP/DBP)、心率(HR)、体重,同时测定血氧饱和度(SaO2)、检查肝、肾功能、血常规、尿常规、心电图、超声心动图、X线等项目。结果两组疗养员疗养后原有的临床症状均有改善。两组疗养员HR、SaO2、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血细胞比容(HCT)、血沉测量值与疗养前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),康复疗养组高血压病、高原性心脏病SBP、DBP测量值与疗养前相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高原红细胞增多症RBC、HGB、HCT、血沉与疗养前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论青岛海滨疗养因子对高原官兵疗养效果显著。

Objective To observe the effect of marinotherapy in officers and soldiers from plateau in Qingdao seaside resort.Methods 78 cases of convalescent officers and soldiers of the second artillery corps from area 3 000 meters above sea-level were selceted.52 patients were received health rehabilitation and the rest were received recuperation rehabilitation.Comprehensive measures including air bathing,sun bathing,sea bathing,landscape,physical therapy,exercise therapy and rational diet etc.were performed in both groups based on drug treatment.The medical history and clinical symptoms were surveyed by questionnaire.The respiration（R）,blood pressure（SBP/DBP）,heart rate（HR）and body weight were recorded and the hepatic and renal function,blood routine,urine routine,electrocardiogram,echocardiogram and X-ray were examined.Results The clinical symptoms of two groups were improved after recuperation.There were significantly difference of the HR,SaO2,red blood cell（RBC）,hemoglobin（HGB）,hematocrit（HCT） and blood sedimentation between before and after recuperation（P〈0.05）.The SBP and DBP in patients with hypertensive disease or high altitude heart disease after recuperation were significantly lower than those before recuperation in the recuperation rehabilitation group（P〈0.01）.The RBC,HGB,HCT and ESR in patients with high altitude polycythemia after recuperation were significantly improved than those before recuperation（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Convalescent factors of Qingdao seaside resort are effective in recuperation for officers and soldiers from plateau.
