复方黄藤合剂配合超短波、电脑中频治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

Clinical observation ofcompound mixture ofCaulis Fibraureae combined with ultra-short-wave and computer-IF in treatingrheumatoid arthritis

目的观察复方黄藤合剂配合超短波、电脑中频治疗类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法将120例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分组,观察组68例,对照组52例,经6个疗程临床观察,进行疗效对比。结果观察组比对照组疗效显著(P<0.025)。结论复方黄藤合剂配合超短波、电脑中频治疗类风湿性关节炎,疗效优于单用理疗法,提示复方黄藤合剂配合超短波、电脑中频可缩短疗程。

Objective To observe compound mixture of Caulis Fibraureae combined with ultra-short-wave and computer-IF in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into observed group（n=68） and control group（n=52）.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after six courses of treatments.Results The effect of the observed group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.025）.Conclusion Compound mixture of Caulis Fibraureae combined with ultra-short-wave and computer-IF is more effective than physical therapy alone,which can shorten the course of treatment.
