摘要
壳聚糖具有无毒、生物可降解性好、使用后不产生二次污染等特点,因此,对其的研究和应用受到众多科研工作者的极大关注。近年来,科研工作者对壳聚糖进行了大量的接枝改性研究,尤其是在提高其可利用性和可降解性等方面。本文对近年来在壳聚糖接枝的应用及其理论研究方面取得的进展进行了综述。
Chitosan has many advantages of its application,such as non-toxic,bio-degradable and no secondary pollution,as a result,there are many researchers pay their attention to the application of Chitosan.In recent years,lots of work had been done on the modifications of Chitosan,especially on the availability and degradability.In this paper,researches on the application and theory of Chitosan in recent years were reviewed.
