静脉留置套管针封管方法的比较

Comparison of Sealing up Tube Methods in Patients UsingIntravenous Remained Trocar

将６８例静脉留置套管针病人分为两组，Ａ组采用注射器抽吸生理盐水封管，Ｂ组直接使用输液器及输入之液体封管。结果：两组在留置时间以及拔管原因上无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。强调要掌握好封管技术和方法，以减少或避免并发症的发生，延长留置时间，提高工作效率。

cases of patients using intravenous remained trocar divided into 2 groups.Patients in group A sealed up tube with syringe full of normal saline.Group B patients sealed up tube directly with infusion set and full of infusing fluids.Results:patients in the 2 groups have no significant difference in terms of tube retaining times and tube being pulled out causes(P>0.05)。It put stress on mastering the technique and method of sealing up tube.In this way,we can lower down and avoid complications from happening.And also,we can ensure tube retaining time and improve work efficiency of nursing staff.
