摘要
为了提高１３Ｃ－尿素呼气试验胃幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）的检出率，１组于服药后１５ｍｉｎ、３０ｍｉｎ、４５ｍｉｎ和６０ｍｉｎ时收集呼气标本，２组仅收集服药后２０ｍｉｎ的呼气标本。结果两组阳性率无明显差异（χ２＝０．６３４５，Ｐ＞０．０５），而ＨＰ（＋）者呼气中１３Ｃ排出量峰值在给药后１５ｍｉｎ～３０ｍｉｎ，持续时间至少１ｈ。建议于服药２０ｍｉｎ后采集标本。
To enhance positive rate of helicobacter pylori(HP) in 13 C-urea Breath test,patients in group 1 collected samples on 15,30,45,60 min after taking medicine.Patients in group 2 only collected samples on 20 min after taking medicine.Results showed that positive rate in patients of 2 groups has no significant difference(P>0.05).In expiration,peak value of 13 C discharge capacity in patients with HP(+) was at 15 min～30 min after administering medicine.and lasted at least 1 hour.It suggested that samples be collected at 20 min after administering medicine.
