摘要
采用酸化、酰氯化、接枝等一系列反应成功地在MWNTs表面接枝聚己内酯(PCL),并通过红外光谱、拉曼光谱、热重、透射电镜等方法对其结构进行了表征。采用双辊塑炼后压制成型的方法制备了PVC/改性MWNTs纳米复合材料,并对其抗静电性能进行了测试表征及初步探讨了其导电机理。
Polycaprolactone(PCL) was grafted on the surface of modify multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWNTs).The structure was characterized by FTIR,Raman,TG and TEM.The PVC/modified MWNTs composites were prepared through compression molding.The antistatic ability of the composites was measured and the conductive mechanism was preliminarily discussed.
