摘要
比较了基于相同PT保压方式下的4种不同转压方式,包括注射时间转压、螺杆位置转压、模腔温度转压和模腔压力转压等。结果表明,在较短的生产周期内(模腔温度稳定条件下),模腔温度转压方式比其它转压方式得到的制件件重重复误差低,但当生产周期较长时,其它转压方式得到的制件件重重复误差相对较低。
Four different filling-to-packing switchover modes with the same holding process control by pressure and temperature(PT) in injection molding were presented,containing switchover modes by injection time,screw position,cavity pressure and cavity temperature.The results revealed that switchover mode by cavity temperature could produce a better part quality and uniform part weight than the others in short-time production.However,in long-time working,the switchover modes by injection time,screw position and cavity pressure could obtain higher precision than the mode by cavity temperature.
