摘要
利用钛酸钾晶须浸涂于玻璃纤维复合编织制动带表面来改善制动带性能,采用定速式摩擦试验机对制动带摩擦磨损性能进行测试。结果表明,钛酸钾晶须使制动带的摩擦系数稳定性增加,抗热衰退性能提高,磨损率降低,并且明显地提高了制动带在高温下的抗变形及抗破损性能。
The woven brake band was modified by filling with potassium titanate whiskers,and the friction and wear behavior was tested by constant speed friction tester.The results showed that the woven brake band filled with potassium titanate whiskers had more stable coefficient of friction,higher heat fading resistance and lower wear rate,and its capabilities of deformation proofing and breaking proofing at high temperature were significantly increased.
