环氧树脂固相有机改性MMT的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用环氧树脂(EP)改性钙基(或钠基)蒙脱土(MMT)制备了有机MMT。研究了EP的用量和MMT的层间含水量对有机改性效果的影响。对EP改性MMT的机理进行了探讨。X射线衍射、红外光谱、热重分析结果表明,EP进入MMT层间。EP改性MMT的耐热温度高达380.3℃。 ABSTRACT Ca2+ - Montmorillonite or Na + - Montmorillonite (MMT) was modified by using epoxy compound (EP) to obtain the organic montmorillonite (OMMT). The effect of EP content and interlayer water content on modification was studied. The mecha- nism of organic modification of montmorillonite by solid-state reaction with epoxy compound was discussed. The results of X - ray dif- fraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) showed that EP intercalated into MMT layers. The heat resistant temperature of EP - modified OMMT was up to 380.3℃.
