HDPE厚壁制品收缩及缺陷形成分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用Moldflow3D网格模型,对边长为30mm的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)立方体进行填充保压分析,分别模拟分析了模温、保压时间、熔体温度和保压压力对厚壁制品体积收缩率的影响。结果表明,模温和保压时间对其体积收缩率影响最为显著。根据模温对厚壁制品体积收缩率的影响及厚壁制品表面凹陷和内部缩孔的形成机理,将注射成型的HDPE立方体置于3种不同的冷却环境中,发现凹陷和缩孔的形成情况与理论预期结果一致,当冷却环境温度为120℃时,缩孔消失。 30 mm cubes HDPE part were analyzed on filling and pressurize by Moldflow 3D model.The influence of mold temperature,dwell time,melt temperature and dwell pressure on thick part volume shrinkage were analyzed.The results showed that the mold temperature and dwell time had the most significant influence.According to the influence of mold temperature on volume shrinkage and formation of surface indentation and inside shrink hole,30 mm cubes HDPE part were molded and put in three different cooling surroundings.The formation of indentation and shrink hole was the same as theoretical expectations.When the temperature of cooling surroundings was 120℃,the shrink hole would disappear.
