摘要
以一次性叉塑料件为例,运用CAE软件Moldflow采用正交试验方法进行仿真模拟多指标试验。研究了注射温度、模具温度、注塑压力和注射时间等不同成型工艺参数对各项试验指标的影响,通过对试验结果运用多指标综合加权评分法分析,在试验范围内获得最佳成型工艺参数组合。
Taking the one-time plastic for example,the simulation experiment to optimiz multiple index parameters was conducted by using the CAE software Moldflow and orthogenal test.The influences of different parameters such as injection temperature,mold temperature,injection pressure and injection time on various experimental indexes were studied,and the best parameter combination within the test range was gained through the use of evaluation of multi-index weights.
