摘要 制备了不同配方的阻燃聚碳酸酯(PC)/(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)合金,研究了ABS用量、增容剂、增韧剂及阻燃剂对PC/ABS合金耐应力开裂性能的影响。结果表明,ABS用量对耐应力开裂时间的影响等级为0~45s,增容剂对耐应力开裂时间的影响等级为25~75s,增韧剂对耐应力开裂时间的影响等级为4~34min,阻燃剂对耐应力开裂时间的衰减等级为17~23min。 The flame-retardant PC/ABS alloys with different formulations were prepared.The effects of different ABS content,compatibilizer,toughening agents and fire retardant on the stress-cracking property of the PC/ABS alloy was investigated.The results showed that,ABS content effected the cracking time 0-45 s,compatibilizers effected the cracking time 25-75 s,toughening agent reduced the cracking time 4-34 min,flame retardant reduced the cracking time 17-23 min.
