摘要
研究了某隔热涂层材料在不同固化时间下的低温性能,分析了该材料低温下断裂的原因,制订了解决措施。通过改进工艺可以有效提高材料涂覆质量和性能参数,降低断裂几率;通过低温筛选,可以减少材料内部应力不均现象,有效剔除不合格品。
The low temperature performance of the heat insulation coat material at different solidified time was studied,and the reason that the material ruptured at low temperature was analysed,then the solution was put forward.By improving technics,coating quality and performance parameter was advanced effectively and rupture rate was reduced.By low temperature selection,stress asymmetry phenomena inside was decreased and rejects could be eliminated effectively.
