家用吸尘器盖板的侧轨道抽芯注塑模设计 被引量:17

摘要 分析了家用吸尘器盖板注塑件的工艺特点,针对注塑件两斜侧面具有4个安装定位孔的实际情况,拟定模具成型方案,设计了侧轨道抽芯注塑模,并介绍了吸尘器盖板注塑模结构及模具的工作过程。采用此模具实现了从注射到抽芯落料的自动化生产,生产的注塑件符合质量要求,提高了生产效率。该机构对同类注塑件模具设计具有一定的参考价值。 The structure and technological characteristics of a flat of vacuum cleaner was analyzed,aiming at the fact that there are 4 location holes on the both side of the product,a general structure design project was determined,and the injection mould with side core-pulling mechanism was designed.The structure and working process of the injection mould with side core-pulling mechanism were introduced.An automatic production could be realized from injecting to eject the product out through application of the mould structure.The mould could make high precision and large quantities of products,and the efficiency is impressively improved.This was an excellent reference structure for the design of cangeneric injection mould.
