摘要
以汽车空调TED下机壳为例,介绍热流道注射成型模具的设计方法和流程。首先根据塑料件材料及工艺性用Moldflow软件对零部件进行模流分析,得到分析数据;然后确定总体结构设计、分型面设计、热流道系统设计、脱模机构设计、冷却系统设计等成型方案。该设计对其它不同产品的热流道注塑模设计具有一定的参考价值。
Taking the shell of the automobile air-conditioning as example,the method of the hot runner injection mold design and processes were introduced.Based on the properties and craft characteristic of selected material,an analysis was carried out by software of Moldflow,and the experimental data was obtained.The structure design,parting face design,hot runner system design,mould empiter design and cool system design were confirmed.The method had referential value for the hot runner mold design of other product.
