摘要
针对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)的难加工性,简述了单柱塞式、双柱塞式、柱塞冲压式等柱塞式挤出机的研究和应用现状,提出了立式四柱塞UHMWPE挤出成型。立式四柱塞挤出通过四个柱塞依次交替进行,挤出过程较为连续,制品表面的脉动现象较小,从而提高制品表面质量。
Aiming at the processing difficulty of Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE),the research and application status of the plunger extrusion molding device,including batch plug type,double piston and piston stamping type was described,the vertical four piston UHMWPE extrusion molding was also proposed.The vertical four piston extrusion was runned by four alternating piston.The extrusion process was more continuous,and the pulsation phenomenon of products′ surface was less,thus enhancing the quality of products′ surface.
