利用Excel实现劳防用品计划管理

摘要 劳动防护用品需求计划的编制是企业劳动保护管理的重要内容,如何解决传统手工编制劳动防护用品需求计划所带来的费时费力、统计数据不准、工作效率低的问题并非易事。利用Excel软件丰富的函数功能和强大的数据处理功能,在建立Excel劳动防护用品发放信息库的基础上,选用Excel函数,建立公式,进行数据统计和处理,自动编制《劳动防护用品需求计划》,不仅完全可以实现劳动防护用品需求计划数据准确、节时高效的目的,而且可以随时需要随时完成编制,实现计划编制的时效性。 Making the needing plan for labor insurance things is the most important thing for labor protection management in enterprises. It is not easy to solve the time costing and labor costing problems brought by the traditional method of making the needing plan for labor insurance things manually. And the problems of traditional method also include the inaccuracy of data statistics and inefficiency of working. On the basis of creating the data base of giving out labor insurance things, this thesis uses the abundant functions and powerful data processing function of Excel software to create The Needing Plan for labor Insurance Things automatically by using the Excel functions to create formulas to do data statistics and processing. This method ensures not only the correctness of the plan making data and its high efficiency, but also the integrity of making the plan at any time when needed.
