改良Neriaser法治疗重型肩锁关节脱位

Improved Neriaser' s Method for Treatment of Severe Dislocation of Articulatio Acromioclavicularis.

本文报告自1994年2月至1997年12月应用改良Neriaser法,即切开复位、骨圆针结合张力带钢丝捆扎喙突和锁骨治疗PostⅢ～V级重型肩锁关节脱位24例,根据Karlsson术后疗效评价优良率为91.67％。作者认为本术式创伤较小,操作简单安全,固定可靠,适宜早期功能锻炼,术后患者功能恢复满意;同时认为45岁以上重型肩锁关节脱位的患者仍有手术指征。

From Feb 1994 to Dec 1997, Neriaser 's method has been applied for the treatment of 24 cases with severe dislocation of acromioclavicular joint in PostⅢ ~ IV grade, using round bony needle integrated with tieing up the cocacoid to clavicle by tensional steel wire.By the method according to Karlsson criteria of postoperative therapeutic effect, the rate of excellent and good are 91.67 % . Authors connsider that Neriaer ' s method is less traumatic, simple and safe, with sta-ble fixation, adapting for early function exercise and satisfeclory recovery of acromioclavicular jioint function after operation. In addition, the method is still indicated in case of above 45 years old.
