30钢-硅青铜QSi3-1异种金属TIG焊接头组织及力学性能

摘要 采用手工钨极氩弧焊方法,配合焊丝HS211和HS213,获得了30钢-硅青铜QSi3-1异种金属焊接接头,然后对2种焊丝条件下得到的接头进行了力学性能测试、X射线探伤、断口形貌和显微组织观察分析及比较,结果表明:利用焊丝HS211焊得的接头强度略高于采用焊丝HS213时的情况,且试样断口形貌也有较大不同;在本次试验条件下,接头30钢-焊缝一侧的结合情况不及硅青铜-焊缝一侧。 By using manual argon tungsten arc welding method together with and solder wire HS211 and HS213, 30 steel-silicon bronze QSi3 -1 heterogeneous metal welding joints were obtained. The analysis and comparison on the mechanics performance test, X-ray detection, fracture patterns and microstructure between joints obtained from two kinds of solder wires were carried out. The results showed that the strength of the joints with the solder wire HS211 was slightly higher than that with the solder wire HS213, and the fracture patterns were also different significantly. Under this test condition, the bonding effect at the silicon bronze-weld side was better than the 30 steel-weld side.
