摘要
目的观察退热解毒灵颗粒辅助治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及不良反应。方法带状疱疹患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组口服伐昔洛韦0.3g,退热解毒灵颗粒10g,bid;对照组口服伐昔洛韦0.3g,bid。其他辅助治疗相同。疗程10d。结果治疗组止疱时间、结痂时间、镇痛时间及病程均明显短于对照组(均P<0.05),后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论退热解毒灵颗粒辅助治疗带状疱疹疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficiacy and adverse reactions of tuire jieduling granules in the treatment of shingles zoster. Methods 60 patients with shingles zoster were randomly divided into a treatment group and a controlled group. Patients in the treatment group used tuire jieduling granules and valacyclor tablets 0.3 g orally twice a day for 10 days. Those in the controlled group used valacyclor tablets 0.3 g orally twice a day for 10 days only. The other treatments in both groups were the same. Results Compared with the control,the treatment group was obviously superior in relieving pain,vesication,shortening time of scab（P0.05）. And the incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Tuire jieduling granules is efficacy and deserves for clinical use.
