摘要
根据聚合釜不锈钢内表面的工作特点和不锈钢磨削加工特点,比较电解磨削复合加工、电解加工和机械磨削加工三者的加工精度和表面粗糙度、生产率,经过理论分析和试验,选择电解磨削复合加工做为加工聚合釜的加工方法。通过一系列的研制和试验工作,生产的聚合釜反应器内表面粗糙度达到了Ra0.05μm,满足了产品质量要求。
According to the working features of the stainless steel internal surface of the polymerization reactor along with the features of the stainless steel grinding machining,and based on the comparison of its respective machining accuracy,surface roughness and production efficiency among the combined machining process by combination of electrolysis and grinding,electrolysis and mechanical grinding machining.And on the basis of the theoretical analysis and experiment,the combined machining process by combination of electrolysis and grinding had finally been selected as the machining process to machine the po-lymerization researches.Based on a serial of research and experiments,the roughness of the internal surface of the stainless steel polymerization reactor machined has reached Ra0.05 μm,which can meet the requirement of the product quality.
