摘要
分析比较了慢刀伺服和快刀伺服两种先进车削方式在机床结构、进刀方式、伺服特点及适应对象等方面各自的特性,并给出了各自可加工光学零件的实例。
This paper compares the two kinds of advanced turning ways(Slow Tool Servo(STS) and Fast Tool Servo(FTS)) about the respective characteristics in lathe structure,feeding mode of tools,servo characteristics and adaptive subject etc.,and some examples of their respective optical parts which can be processed are presented.
