摘要
建立XK 713-A型高速立式加工中心的CAD/CAE模型。基于有限元法,以提高整机的低阶固有频率和减轻重量为优化目标,运用结构优化的方法,开展加工中心整机的动态分析与结构设计。通过结构动态分析,得出机床床身与立柱是影响整机动态特性的关键部件,完成了结构修改,从而降低了机床的重心,提高了整机刚性。
In this paper,the CAD/CAE model of the XK713-A high speed vertical machining center has been developed,and the dynamic characteristics has been analyzed by aid of FEM,the result shows that the bed and column are the key parts to affect the dynamic behavior of the machining center.To improve the low orders natural frequency and reduce weight,the machining centre has been designed by the structure optimization method.Consequently,the dynamic behavior of the machining center with a lower center of gravity has been improved effectively.
