摘要
介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器和PXI总线的切削力实时分析系统的方法及步骤。论述了该系统硬件组成和软件系统的实现过程、功能模块编程方法及其技术实现。经仿真和现场调试,具有良好的效果,体现了虚拟仪器开发具有周期短、成本低、易维护、易扩展的特点。具有很好的实际应用价值。
This paper introduces a real-time analysis system methods and steps of the cutting force based on a virtual instrument and PXI bus.It discusses the components of hardware system and realizing process,the functional module programming methods and technology of software systems.By the simulation and on-site testing,the measurement and control system has good effect,has the features of the short-cycle development,low cost,easy maintenance,extend easily.And the system has good practical value.
